Went in with my SO to get her some new walking boots. Very knowledgeable staff who were willing to take the time to find the best boot with the most comfortable fit. Didn't up sell or over sell (to the point of not recommending an expensive boot we were looking at) and took the time to ensure what we were looking at was appropriate for where we intend to walk. Much better shopping experience than we had with a competitor at the other end of town.
Good knowledge. Very helpful. Maybe a bit pricey.

Great range of outdoor clothing and they had a good sale a few weeks ago. They have some items that are not available online. Staff were friendly and not too pushy. Personally, I don't like it when staff in shops follow you around asking if you need help so it was nice that they said hello and remained in sight so I knew they were there if I needed anything. Children's range was a bit limited but nonetheless I was able to get something.
What a great team they have, a young man who I believe was the supervisor greeted me in and went through all the product with me. He then got called away but passed me onto another team member who again was helpful. It was a Sunday and the team were all delightful, they asked me how I was and how my day was going to make it really special. Great work North Face highly recommended
